Mithaq sells a practice-and-assessment layer that sits on top of the national curriculum, aimed at private school groups rather than individual families. The wedge is reporting: heads of department get item-level analytics that the ministry platform does not produce.
Model
Annual per-seat licence, billed to the school, with a floor that makes small schools uneconomic to serve. Renewal happens at the group level, so a single lost relationship takes several schools with it.
What to watch
Whether the ministry’s own assessment tooling closes the reporting gap. If it does, the wedge disappears.
